Histologically transformed Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma in Pregnancy

Abstract
|
|
|
A rare case of histologically transformed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma complicating pregnancy is presented. Combination chemotherapy with COP-Bleo regimen 4 cycles were given during mid and late pregnancy. The baby weighing 3.5kg was delivered by
normal
spontaneous vaginal delivery at term. Following delivery, the patient received 3 cycles of combination chemotherapy with PROMACE-cytaBOM regimen and reached complete remission. Then, Radiotherapy with Mantle technique total 4500 cGy was
performed.
She
received 2 more cycles of combination chemotherapy with PROMACE-cytaBOm regimen. Nowadays she remained in complete remission state for 8 months with normally developing baby.
